Estimated Project Costs. As of the date of this Agreement, the total estimated cost of the Project is approximately EUR 115,362,274.29 (VAT exclusive), as follows:

Estimated Project Costs. South Bay Solutions will determine tasks to be addressed. The ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will be prepared monthly based on a rate of $150 per hour. Hours per task are difficult to assess at this time given my limited knowledge of the company and the availability of records. Based on my experience, however, we will most likely exceed the 20 hours noted in the NTE contract. It would probably be best that we move forward task by task with written confirmation of work product completion by task. South Bay Solutions would at all times have the right to stop work following the contract termination clauses noted in the Consultancy Agreement.
