Common use of Representative of Agency Clause in Contracts

Representative of Agency. The Executive Director of the Agency, or such person’s designee, (the “Executive Director”) shall represent the Agency in all matters pertaining to this Agreement. Whenever a reference is made herein to an action or approval to be undertaken by the Agency, the Executive Director is authorized to act unless this Agreement specifically provides otherwise or the context should otherwise require.
