Reprisals and Retaliation Forbidden. The district will discipline any individual, student, or employee who retaliates against any person who: (1) reports alleged sexual harassment; or (2) assists or participates in an investigation or proceeding relating to a sexual harassment complaint. Retaliation includes all forms of intimidation, reprisal, or harassment.
