Images If applicable, the CONSULTANT is prohibited from capturing on any visual medium images of any property, logo, student, or employee of the DISTRICT, or any image that represents the DISTRICT without express written consent from the DISTRICT.
COMPUTER GRAPHICS FILES The Engineer agrees to comply with Attachment G, Computer Graphics Files for Document and Information Exchange, if determined by the State to be applicable to this contract.
MOBILE DATA COMPUTERS 20 1. As part of the law enforcement services to be provided to CITY, COUNTY 21 has provided, or will provide, mobile data computers (hereinafter called 22 “MDCs”) that are or will be mounted in patrol vehicles and motorcycles, 23 designated by COUNTY for use within CITY limits.
Computers All computers, hardware, software, computer upgrades and maintenance in connection therewith shall be at Owner's expense.
Paper Copies of electronic bills If you start receiving electronic bills from a Xxxxxx, the Xxxxxx may stop sending you paper or other statements. The ability to receive a paper copy of your statement(s) is at the sole discretion of the Xxxxxx. Check with the individual Xxxxxx regarding your ability to obtain paper copies of electronic bills on a regular or as-requested basis.
Links If The Services are made available through the Internet, the Financial Institution’s website may provide links to other websites, including those of Third Parties who may also provide services to You. You acknowledge that all those other websites and Third Party services are independent from the Financial Institution’s and may be subject to separate agreements that govern their use. The Financial Institution and Central 1 have no liability for those other websites or their contents or the use of Third Party services. Data Storage Where required by applicable law, Student Data shall be stored within the United States. Upon request of the LEA, Provider will provide a list of the locations where Student Data is stored.

SERVICE MONITORING, ANALYSES AND ORACLE SOFTWARE 11.1 We continuously monitor the Services to facilitate Oracle’s operation of the Services; to help resolve Your service requests; to detect and address threats to the functionality, security, integrity, and availability of the Services as well as any content, data, or applications in the Services; and to detect and address illegal acts or violations of the Acceptable Use Policy. Oracle monitoring tools do not collect or store any of Your Content residing in the Services, except as needed for such purposes. Oracle does not monitor, and does not address issues with, non-Oracle software provided by You or any of Your Users that is stored in, or run on or through, the Services. Information collected by Oracle monitoring tools (excluding Your Content) may also be used to assist in managing Oracle’s product and service portfolio, to help Oracle address deficiencies in its product and service offerings, and for license management purposes.
