(Request for Job Classification). A. An employee who feels that his/her current job description does not adequately cover assigned major duties and responsibilities may complete a form prescribed by the Employer for this purpose, and submit it to the Human Resources Department. A copy of such form shall be provided to the appropriate elected official or department head by the Human Resources Department.
