Request for Prime Rate. If the Borrowers desire that the Prime Rate shall apply to all or part of the principal balance under the Line, Borrowers shall give Bank a Prime Rate Notification. Upon delivery by Borrowers to Bank of a Prime Rate Notification, the principal balance under the Line identified in such Prime Rate Notification shall accrue interest at the Prime Rate as follows: (i) with respect to the principal amount of any new advance under the Line, from the date of such advance until the effective date of another interest rate chosen for such amount in accordance with the terms of this Agreement; and/or (ii) with respect to the principal amount of any portion of the Line -3- outstanding and accruing interest at the LIBOR Rate at the time of the Prime Rate Notification related to such principal amount, from the expiration of the then current Rate Period related to such principal amount until the effective date of another interest rate option chosen for such amount in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

  • Request for Borrowing The Administrative Agent shall have received a Request for Borrowing or Request for Letter of Credit, together with a Borrowing Base Certificate;

  • Prime Rate Borrower may prepay principal on any portion of this Note which bears interest determined in relation to the Prime Rate at any time, in any amount and without penalty.

  • LIBOR Rate The election of LIBOR Rates shall be subject to the following terms and requirements:
