Request for Re-inspection. If upon inspection for the purpose of Substantial Completion or Final Acceptance, the Engineer/Resident Engineer determines that there are items of Work still to be performed, the Contractor shall promptly perform them and then request a re-inspection. If upon re- inspection, the Engineer/Resident Engineer determines that the Work is substantially complete or finally accepted, the date of such re-inspection shall be the date of Substantial Completion or Final Acceptance. Re-inspection by the Engineer/Resident Engineer shall be made within ten (10) Days after receipt of the Contractor’s written request therefor.
