Request for Return. The Disclosing Party may request in writing at any time that any Confidential Information disclosed to the Receiving Party be returned with a written statement to the effect that upon such return it has not retained in its possession or under its control, either directly or indirectly, any Confidential Information. The Receiving Party shall comply with any such request within fourteen (14) days of receipt of such request. If the Receiving Party objects to such request for return, the Confidential Information shall be destroyed upon request by the Disclosing Party. In such case the Receiving Party shall provide the Disclosing Party with a written statement under oath certifying that the respective Confidential Information has been destroyed.

At any time upon receipt of a written request from the County, the Offeror shall return all of the Confidential Information (and any copies thereof or excerpts or summaries therefrom) then in its possession or in the possession of any of its Representatives to the disclosing party at such location and in such manner as may be reasonably requested by the disclosing party.
