Request Windows. Interconnection Requests must be submitted during a Request Window. Each calendar year Transmission Provider shall have two Request Windows: the first during the months of January and February and the second during the months of July and August. The Request Window will start the first calendar day of the month for that window and end on the last calendar day of the month for that window. Transmission Provider shall make Reasonable Efforts to conduct a meeting to present the results of the Load and Resource Transmission Study prior to the opening of the first Request Window of each calendar year.
