You can at any time after the Policy is issued, conditioned on Your continued good health, apply for increases in daily benefit levels and/or increases in Lifetime Maximum Benefits. We will apply our then applicable underwriting standards to evaluate Your insurability for the increased coverage. You may be approved for the additional coverage You applied for, or You may be declined due to a deterioration of Your health. Your premium would increase based on Your attained age for the new coverage approved.
