Definitions of these knowledge/skill levels are shown in this chart: Level Knowledge/Skill Description Entry-Level Applies fundamental concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on technical assignments. Performs work that requires practical experience and training. Work is performed under supervision. Journeyman Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments. Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks. May supervise others. The “G” in the labor identification (ID) numbers below indicate Government-Site Work (see Section J, Attachment 2). of Attachment Z The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for all System Upgrade Facility costs as required by Section 32.3.5.3.2 of Attachment Z or its share of any System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades costs resulting from the final Attachment S process, as applicable, and Attachment 6 to this Agreement shall be revised accordingly.

Alterations and Attachments Student and Parent may not make any alterations in or add attachments, hardware, or software to the mobile device computer absent express permission from M-DCPS, which permission is at the sole option of M-DCPS.
Effect of Addenda, Bulletins, and Change Orders No special implication, interpretation, construction, connotation, denotation, import, or meaning shall be assigned to any provision of the Contract Documents because of changes created by the issuance of any (1) Addendum, (2) Bulletin, or (3) Change Order other than the precise meaning that the Contract Documents would have had if the provision thus created had read originally as it reads subsequent to the (1) Addendum, (2) Bulletin, or (3) Change Order by which it was created.

ADDENDUMS In the event that the Investment Manager and the Sub-Advisors (or any of them as the case may be) execute an Addendum to this Agreement, such Addendum shall be deemed to be attached to and become a part of this Agreement and the terms of this Agreement shall be amended, supplemented or modified by the terms of such Addendum as applicable. In the event of conflict between this Agreement and any Addendum, the terms and conditions contained in such Addendum shall control. Upon the execution by the Investment Manager and the Sub-Advisors (or any of them, as the case may be) of any Addendum, this “Agreement” shall be deemed to include the terms set forth in any such Addendum.
Annexes, Appendices and Footnotes The annexes, appendices and footnotes to this Agreement constitute an integral part of this Agreement.
