Changes to this Contract Only an authorized Officer of the Company may make or modify any provisions of this Contract. Any such changes or modifications must be provided in a Notice in order to be effective.
Changes to this Agreement We may make changes to this Agreement from time to time on the basis that you are able to end the Agreement without charge by us.
Changes to the Terms of Use We may revise and update these Terms of Use from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them, and apply to all access to and use of the Website thereafter. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of revised Terms of Use means that you accept and agree to the changes. Requests for Leave Except as provided under Section B.3., Family Care/Medical Leave Notification, requests for leaves of absence and extensions, with or without pay, shall be submitted in writing to the University. Such requests shall be submitted sufficiently in advance of the requested leave date to provide the University time to assess the operational impact of granting the request. All requests for leaves of absence shall contain the requested beginning and end date of the leave, and any additional information as required.
RESPONDING TO REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION To the extent authorized by the Participating Consumer(s) and to the extent such individual permission is required by law, the Competitive Supplier shall, during normal business hours (as set forth above), respond promptly and without charge therefore to reasonable requests of the Town for information or explanation regarding the matters covered by this ESA and the supply of electricity to Participating Consumers. Competitive Supplier agrees to designate a service representative or representatives (the “Service Contacts”) who shall be available for these purposes, and shall identify the office address and telephone number of such representative(s). Whenever necessary to comply with this Article 5.3, the Service Contacts shall call upon other employees or agents of the Competitive Supplier to obtain such information or explanation as may be reasonably requested. Nothing in this Article 5.3 shall be interpreted as limiting the obligation of the Competitive Supplier to respond to complaints or inquiries from Participating Consumers, or to comply with any regulation of the Department or AG regarding customer service.
Voluntary Requests for Assistance The Employer shall take no adverse action against an employee who voluntarily seeks treatment or counseling. The Employer shall assist an employee seeking assistance by making available means by which referrals or treatment may be obtained (Employee Assistance Program). Such assistance shall be obtained at the employee's expense.
Variations to This Framework Agreement 32.1 Variation in General
AMENDMENTS TO THIS CONTRACT 8.1 No amendment to the provisions of this Contract, other than a variation of the Charges in accordance with the Charges Variation Procedure or a variation of any Sub-Contractors in accordance with Clause 30.5, shall be effective unless made in accordance with the Contract Change Procedure specified in Schedule 2-7.
Form and substance of requests for assistance 1. Requests pursuant to this Protocol shall be made in writing. They shall be accompanied by the documents necessary to enable compliance with the request. When required because of the urgency of the situation, oral requests may be accepted, but must be confirmed in writing immediately.
