Common use of Requests for Consulting Party Status Clause in Contracts

Requests for Consulting Party Status. At any point during the administration of this PA, any party may request to be recognized as a consulting party per 36 CFR § 800.2 for this Undertaking. Requests must be submitted in writing to the LJCMG POC. LJCMG shall have 15 calendar days from receipt of a written request to consult with Kentucky SHPO and to determine whether the request will be granted. The requestor, the Signatories, and the Consulting Parties shall be notified of LJCMG’s decision via email. Should LJCMG determine that the party will be so recognized, the party will upon notification of the decision and for the duration of this PA be a Consulting Party to the Agreement.
