Requests for Equitable Adjustment. Contractor shall submit any request for equitable adjustment pursuant the Changes clause within 10 working days after receipt of a notice of a change. The request for equitable adjustment shall include a detailed estimate with supporting calculations and pricing for the change together with any required adjustments in the schedule.
Requests for Equitable Adjustment. The parties hereby acknowledge that GIS has submitted to the U.S. Navy certain requests for equitable adjustment with respect to the Navy Contract that have not been resolved (collectively, the “EA Requests”), and agree that any recoveries by either Purchasers or GIS with respect to such EA Requests shall be divided 50%/50% between Purchasers, on the one hand, and GIS, on the other hand, with the party that receives any funds with respect such EA Requests to remit to the other party its 50% share therein within thirty (30) days of receipt thereof.
