Common use of Requests for Payment by the Grantee Clause in Contracts

Requests for Payment by the Grantee. The Grantee will make requests for payment of eligible costs as defined in 23 U.S.C. § 601. The request for payment will be for the Federal share of the total Project cost at the rate of Federal participation as shown in the Project Budget. In order to receive payments, the Grantee must: 1.
