Common use of Requests for Re-Consideration Clause in Contracts

Requests for Re-Consideration. B.4.5.1 The subject Authorized Member may, within 60 days of notification of a decision, request reconsideration of a decision imposing Conditional Membership (c), and request independent reconsideration of its case. Requests for reconsideration may only be based on one or more of the following grounds: o That there was a failure to follow these Rules, and/or o That there were substantial errors of facts in the report considered by the Authorized Members which were likely to have affected the decision reached by the Authorized Members, and/or o That the report considered by the Authorized Members did not include relevant information, and had that information been placed before the Authorized Members there was a reasonable likelihood that a different decision would have been made.
