Requests of Invoice Issuers. The Invoice Issuer shall be entitled towards SIX to the following rights of data subjects with re- gard to their personal data under applicable data protection laws: • obtaining information whether and what personal data is stored by SIX (categories of personal data, recipients or categories of recipients, personal data retention period or criteria on specifying the retention period); • obtaining a copy of personal data; • requiring personal data to be corrected if it is incorrect; • requiring personal data to be deleted; • requiring personal data processing to be limited; • obtaining personal data in a structured, common, machine-readable format; • objecting to personal data processing. SIX may refuse to enforce or limit the enforcement of the abovementioned rights should the interests, rights and freedoms of third parties override or should the processing of personal data serve the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims of SIX.
