Categories of Personal Data definition

Categories of Personal Data means the classifications of personal information set forth in subdivision (9) of Section 4-190 of the General Statutes.
Categories of Personal Data has the meaning given to that term in Article 9(1) of the GDPR; Sub-Processors shall mean any person or legal entity which is not party to any Contract(s) between the HSE and the Service Provider and this Agreement, and which is engaged by the Service Provider to perform any or all of its obligations in relation to the Processing of HSE Personal Data, including for the avoidance of doubt, a Service Provider group company including subsidiaries and affiliates;

Categories of Personal Data refers to types of Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) that do not fall into the “Special Categories of Personal Data,” below (e.g., name, address, email, phone, etc.). The Personal Data transferred include the following categories of Personal Data: Name, Address, Email Address, Phone Number, Credit Card Information, or other Personal Data as directed by the User.

  • Special categories of personal data means information about an individual's racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, health, sex life or sexual orientation and biometric data.
