Common use of REQUESTS TO MODIFY Clause in Contracts

REQUESTS TO MODIFY. Any request to modify or change this Agreement, or any portion thereof, shall be made in writing and shall be served on the other party not later than ninety (90) days prior to March 31, 2025, and in the event the Agreement is in effect after such date by reason of the provisions of Section 1 hereof, not later than sixty (60) days prior to the time it is proposed to make such change or modification.

REQUESTS TO MODIFY.
