Required/Approved Training. A. The employer will pay fees, tuition, wages and travel costs associated with licenses, certificates, workshops and training sessions only if required and/or approved by the District after initial employment. Required regular Oregon driver’s licenses are an exception and shall not be paid by the employer. B. The employer will reimburse food service employees for the tuition for all ASFSA-required classes taken, certificate fees, and membership dues for ASFSA, up to $75 per member per year for total expenses.
