Common use of Required Employees Clause in Contracts

Required Employees. Xxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xx XxXxxx and Xxxxxx Xxxxx of the Company and/or its Subsidiaries agree to continue to provide services for the Company and/or its Subsidiaries as mutually agreed to by Parent and each such individual.
