Required Format and Content. All Proposals must be submitted in the following format. Detailed information on submitting each of these sections is contained in later sections of this RFP. Proposal shall be submitted in size 12 Arial font or equivalent. To be considered responsive, the Offeror’s proposal shall include all items specified in this RFP, including subsequent Addenda. Any proposal offering any other set of terms and conditions that conflict with those terms and conditions set forth herein or in any subsequent Addenda may be rejected without further consideration.
