Common use of Required Maintenance Clause in Contracts

Required Maintenance. Alteva reserves the right to perform maintenance on or upgrade (collectively, the “Maintenance”) the Network, infrastructure, Website, Services, Equipment and Customer’s Account, without prior notice or liability to Customer, even if the Maintenance causes a partial or full disruption of the Services; provided, however, and subject to Alteva’s business needs, Alteva shall use commercially reasonable efforts to perform the Maintenance in a manner so as to avoid unduly interfering with Customer’s use of the Services.

Required Maintenance. To the extent we are doing scheduled maintenance, Alteva will provide advance notice. Alteva reserves the right to perform unplanned maintenance on or upgrade (collectively, the “Maintenance”) the Network, infrastructure, Website, Services, Equipment and Customer’s Account, without prior notice or liability to Customer, even if the Maintenance causes a partial or full disruption of the Services; provided, however, and subject to Alteva’s business needs, Alteva shall use commercially reasonable efforts to perform the Maintenance in a manner so as to avoid unduly interfering with Customer’s use of the Services.
