Common use of Required Minimum Instream Flows Clause in Contracts

Required Minimum Instream Flows. If the Scheduled Maintenance cannot avoid impacting Required Minimum Instream Flows from the Project, then the Licensee will endeavor in good faith to restore some or all of the Required Minimum Instream Flows as soon as practicable.
