Required SBIR/STTR Funding Agreement Lifecycle Certifications. Prior to receiving more than 50% of the total Federal Share for Phase II and Phase IIS, the Prime Recipient shall submit a new SBIR/STTR Funding Agreement Lifecycle Certification to the ARPA-E Contracting Officer, certifying whether it will be in compliance with Small Business Innovation Research or Small Business Technology Transfer Program requirements, as applicable. In addition, the Prime Recipient shall submit a new SBIR/STTR Funding Agreement Lifecycle Certification to the ARPA-E Contracting Officer prior to submitting its final invoice for reimbursement in Phase II and Phase IIS.
