Lower-than-Expected Indirect Costs. If the Prime Recipient’s actual allowable indirect costs are less than those budgeted in Attachment 5 to this Award, the Prime Recipient may use the difference to pay additional allowable direct costs during the project period.

Lower-than-Expected Indirect Costs. If the Recipient’s actual allowable indirect costs are less than those budgeted in Attachment 3 to this Award, the Recipient may use the difference to pay additional allowable direct costs during the project period. If annual true up reveals that the Government share of total allowable incurred indirect costs is less than the cost reimbursed, the Recipient must refund the difference as soon as costs are reconciled.

  • Indirect Costs If indirect costs are charged, the Subrecipient will develop an indirect cost allocation plan for determining the appropriate Grantee share of administrative costs and shall submit such plan to the Grantee for approval.

  • Shift Differential Pay A. An employee shall receive additional compensation at the rate of seventy five cents (75¢) per hour for all hours worked on a shift when the majority of hours worked on the shift are between 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 a.m. and in locations where these classes are regularly assigned shift work.

  • Indirect Cost Except as otherwise authorized by this contract, no indirect costs shall be reimbursed.

  • Indirect Cost Rates The System Agency may acknowledge an indirect cost rate for Grantees that is utilized for all applicable contracts.   • Unrelated Business Income Tax If the Depositor directs investment of the Custodial Account in any investment which results in unrelated business taxable income, it shall be the responsibility of the Depositor to so advise the Custodian and to provide the Custodian with all information necessary to prepare and file any required returns or reports for the Custodial Account. As the Custodian may deem necessary, and at the Depositor's expense, the Custodian may request a taxpayer identification number for the Custodial Account, file any returns, reports, and applications for extension, and pay any taxes or estimated taxes owed with respect to the Custodial Account. The Custodian may retain suitable accountants, attorneys, or other agents to assist it in performing such responsibilities.

  • Shift Differential The shift differential for employees working on assigned shifts which begin before 6:00 A.M. or which end at or after 7:00 P.M. shall be sixty-five cents ($0.65) per hour for all hours worked on that shift. Such shift differential shall be in addition to the employee's regular rate of pay and shall be included in all payroll calculations, but shall not apply during periods of paid leave. Employees working the regular day schedule who are required to work overtime or who are called back to work for special projects shall not be eligible for the shift differential.
