Requirements for Payroll Records. The Provider must comply with all applicable provisions of Labor Code Sections 1776 and 1812, which relate to preparing and maintaining accurate payroll records, and making such payroll records available for review and copying by the Purchaser, the DIR Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, and the DIR Division of Apprenticeship Standards. The payroll records must be certified and made available as required by Labor Code Section 1776.
