Rescheduled Event. If both parties agree the breach can be resolved, but may take longer than the time available before the scheduled Event, Licensor may either accept a promise to resolve in lieu of a formal resolution, or reschedule the Event.
Rescheduled Event. In the case that you stage a rescheduled event, specifically intended to replace an event that was cancelled due to exceptional circumstances, within 12 calendar months from the date of the original event, then I will present at the replacement event at no additional fee (subject to my availability and the event taking place in the original host city). If the replacement event is scheduled to be held in a different city then I may xxxx an additional fee. All travel, accommodation (and other agreed) expenses will be for your account.
