Rescheduling of Work Days. The parties recognize that adverse weather conditions, mechanical failures, civil disorders, communicable diseases or other circumstances beyond the control of the Employer may require the cancellation, dismissal and rescheduling of classes. The Employer shall have the right to reschedule canceled days and hours of pupil instruction in the following manner:
