Rescreening of Subjects. ‌‌‌‌ Subjects must be screened according to the full list of inclusion/exclusion criteria in Section 8.1 and 8.2 of this protocol. After informed consent is signed, a separate screening visit is allowed for the following criteria: • INC01 – Subject must be 18 to 35 years of age • EXC12 – Participation of the subject in a clinical trial within the previous 30 days or currently enrolled in any clinical trial This separate screening visit can take place regardless of whether any other criterion has been verified. Rescreening of subjects is not allowed in this study.

Reasonable suspicion testing for alcohol or controlled substances may be directed by the Employer for any employee performing safety-sensitive functions when there is reason to suspect that alcohol or controlled substance use may be adversely affecting the employee’s job performance or that the employee may present a danger to the physical safety of the employee or another.
