Common use of RESCUE OPERATION Clause in Contracts

RESCUE OPERATION. Transporters shall be fully responsible for rescue operation if any consignment gets toppled during transit. Expenditure incurred by transporter in rescue operations (excluding expenditure incurred, if any, on the carrier /crew or loss to the third parties) may be reimbursed to them subject to and to the extent of getting relief by BHEL from underwriter on this account, after settlement of the insurance claim.
