Business Associate’s Agents To ensure that any agents, including subcontractors, to whom Business Associate provides PHI received from or created or received by Business Associate on behalf of County, agree to the same restrictions and conditions that apply to Business Associate with respect to such PHI, including implementation of reasonable and appropriate administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect such PHI; and to incorporate, when applicable, the relevant provisions of this Addendum into each subcontract or subaward to such agents or subcontractors.
Principal Investigator The research will be under the direction of (“Principal Investigator”). If, for any reason, he/she is unable to continue to serve as Principal Investigator and a successor acceptable to both UHD and Sponsor is not available, this Agreement shall be terminated as provided in Section 7.

Enterprise Information Management Standards Grantee shall conform to HHS standards for data management as described by the policies of the HHS Office of Data, Analytics, and Performance. MEDICALLY FRAGILE STUDENTS 1. If a teacher will be providing instructional or other services to a medically fragile student, the teacher or another adult who will be present when the instruction or other services are being provided will be advised of the steps to be taken in the event an emergency arises relating to the student's medical condition.

Recruitment Through Jobcentre Plus 5.1 One of the key objectives of the Department for Work and Pensions is to move people from welfare into work. DWP has a Great Britain-wide network of Jobcentre Plus offices that provide job broking services for unemployed people. The Contractor is therefore required to notify Jobcentre Plus when recruiting staff for any entry-level job vacancies located within Great Britain, which may arise from the delivery of their contract to the Authority.
