Research Leave. (a) Full time Librarians who hold permanent status shall be entitled to a research leave under the same terms as apply to Faculty Members under Article 9.1 above, with references to the Xxxx being read as to the Chief Librarian. (b) Such research leave may be granted when the Librarian has demonstrated the potential to benefit from the leave, and when the research proposed can be made use of in the Librarian’s continuing employment with the University.
