Research Service Coordinators. LLC and Member shall each nominate a representative to act as the primary contact person for all of the Research Services, including the approval of Research Service Orders on behalf of that Party. LLC and Member shall advise each other in writing, as provided in Paragraph 11.3, of any change in their respective Research Service Coordinator. Unless otherwise indicated by a Party, all communication originating from the other Party that relates to the initiation of a Research Service Order or the delivery of Services thereunder shall be directed to the Party’s Research Service Coordinator.
