Reseller Responsibility. Xxxxxxxx agrees that Reseller will obtain all necessary rights, permissions and consents associated with: (a) technology or data (including personal data) that Reseller provides to Dell; and (b) non-Dell software or other components that Reseller directs or requests that Dell use with, install, or integrate with the APEX Service or Related Service.
Reseller Responsibility. 6.1 Reseller shall use its best efforts to market, advertise, and otherwise promote and sell the Product in Territory.
