Common use of Reselling Clause in Contracts

Reselling. The Reseller intends to market the Portals to companies and various businesses and individuals ("BUYERS") who may include corporations, small businesses, religious organizations, network marketing, franchise, business opportunities, chains, charities, organizations and other companies that would have a use for individual and multiple portals. The purpose of this Agreement is to define the scope of compensation for the marketing of Portals to these potential customers. During the Term of this Agreement, Reseller shall have the right to market Brand-A-Port Portals, both through the existing Brand-A-Port Portal under the License and independently to Buyers for resale, subject to approval by MediaNet Group Technologies.
