Service Restrictions a) Aramex India reserves the right to refuse any documents or parcel from any person, firm or company at its own discretion b) Aramex India reserves the right to abandon carriage of any shipment at any time after acceptance when such shipment could possibly cause damage or delay to other shipments, equipment or personnel, or when any such carriage is prohibited by law or is in violation of any of the rules contained herein. c) Aramex India reserves the right to open and inspect any shipment consigned by a customer to ensure that it is capable of carriage to the state or country of destination within the standard customs procedures and handling methods of Aramex India. In exercising this right, Aramex India does not warrant that any particular item to be carried is capable of carriage, without infringing the law of any country or state through which the item may be carried.

Service Restrictions. Plans do NOT include International calls. Subscribers wishing to complete International calls must designate a carrier for such services. BIT Long Distance does not warrant the performance or pricing of international services provided by other carriers.
Service Restrictions. While the web-portal is accessible globally, this does not mean that all Services or Service features are available in Your country, or that user-generated content available via the Services is legally permitted in Your country. Services are not available in all languages. We may block access to or suspend certain Services (or certain service features or content) in certain countries, e.g. in embargoed countries or where we suspect misuse. It is Your responsibility to make sure Your use of the Services is legally permitted where You use them. You shall not send to addresses obtained from purchased or rented digital message lists, unless you have confirmed the data was obtained lawfully and with the appropriate consent of the data subjects. We may create reasonable technical limits on Your content, such as limits on file size of emails (7 MB), processing capacity, and other technical limits. QUADIENT reserves the right to momentarily interrupt the Service for testing, maintenance, traffic performance enhancement or other purposes. QUADIENT’s goal is to schedule planned maintenance of its technical platform during non-peak usage hours, but cannot guarantee that this is always the case. QUADIENT warrants an average uptime of 99.5%, excluding intentional interruptions and maintenance. This uptime availability is measured in 5 minutes’ intervals and reported by our monitoring system.
Service Restrictions. Customer expressly acknowledges that any violation of the following restrictions on its use of VCE may result in the immediate suspension or termination of VCE. 3.5.1 Customer will obtain Verizon’s written consent before modifying the Verizon-installed configuration and will not use VCE for telemarketing, fax broadcasting, fax blasting, continuous or extensive call forwarding, in any outbound call center environment or in connection with any similar application, or utilize auto- dialers or any similar type of device in connection with VCE. 3.5.2 Customer will not represent to Verizon multiple remote locations (i.e., locations remote to or residing behind Customer’s hub location) as a single site during the design and provisioning process. 3.5.3 Customer’s design will not be configured with more than 8:1 oversubscription, i.e., no more than eight DIDs (direct inward dialings) per simultaneous call.
Service Restrictions. We may vary the Service in accordance with clauses 1.3 to 1.8 of the General Terms.
Service Restrictions. You may only purchase Services for Your personal use and not for any commercial purposes. Any purchase for the purpose of commercial resale is unauthorized. The Services may include third party features and functionalities or may access content on a third party website. Such features, functionalities or content may be subject to such third party terms of service and privacy policies.
Service Restrictions. 1.2.1 The Customer must not: a) Exceed any set usage limits or restrictions set out in the applicable Service Description and / or Order Form b) Save as set out in any terms contained in Section 2, sell, rent or lease the Services in any way, or transfer to any other person any of its rights hereunder c) Create any derivative works based upon the Software or Services, save as otherwise permitted in accordance with the Order Form or applicable Service Description x) Xxxxx, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Software, nor take any other steps to discover confidential information or trade secrets in the Software of Services, save as permitted under European Law for the purposes of Interoperability. 1.2.2 The Customer shall not access, store, reproduce, distribute, transmit or knowingly receive any Malicious Software or any material during the course of its use of the Services that: a) is unlawful, harmful, threatening, menacing, abusive, obscene, infringing, harassing or racially or ethnically offensive; b) facilitates illegal activity; c) is indecent or depicts sexually explicit images; d) promotes unlawful violence; e) is discriminatory based on race, gender, colour, religious belief, sexual orientation, disability, or any other illegal activity; or f) is defamatory or causes damage or injury to any person or property; and Huume reserves the right, without liability to the Customer, to disable the Customer’s access to any material that breaches the provisions of this Clause. 1.2.3 The Customer shall own all rights, title and interest in the Customer Data and shall have sole responsibility for the legality, reliability, accuracy and quality of the Customer Data.

Service Restrictions. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, you shall return to the Company within 30 days following your termination of employment with the Company and its subsidiaries for any reason, for no consideration from the Company, all of the shares of Restricted Stock awarded under this Agreement as to which the restrictions provided in Section 4 shall not have lapsed as of your termination of employment (the “Service Restrictions”).

Service Restrictions. You understand and agree that neither you nor your Users may use the Services for any purpose or in any manner not expressly permitted by the Agreement and you further agree, and will cause your Users to agree, not to: (a) copy, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify any Software included in the Services (except to the extent you are permitted to do so under the terms of your license for any Application provided by you); (b) permit anyone, other than your Users acting in the course of their employment, to use the Services or any part thereof; (c) use or permit anyone to use the Services or any part thereof to help design a similar service; (d) access or use the Services in a manner that is intended to avoid incurring fees or exceeding User limits; or (e) resell or sublicense the Services or any part thereof.
