Common use of Reservation Fee Clause in Contracts

Reservation Fee. Students must submit a Reservation Fee as specified in Part I of the Contract Fee Terms. The Reservation Fee is due on or before Date of Execution in Part II of this contract, unless offset or deferred through written, mutual agreement with Student Housing and Dining Services. The Reservation Fee is applied to the total cost of room and board, any cancellation fee, or outstanding balance due. Reservation fee is only required for first time applicants. Students applying to return are not required to pay a reservation fee again.
