Common use of Reservation Fee Clause in Contracts

Reservation Fee. Student must submit a Reservation Fee as specified in Part I of the Contract Terms. The Reservation Fee is due on or before the Date of Execution in Part II of this Contract, unless offset or deferred through written, mutual agreement with the University. The Reservation Fee is applied to the total cost of the room, cancellation fee, and/or outstanding balance due. The Reservation fee is only required for first time applicants. Students applying to return are not required to pay a reservation fee again.
