Common use of Reservation Fee Clause in Contracts

Reservation Fee. It is the responsibility of the renter to secure the rental date by paying a $100.00 non-refundable reservation fee, which will be applied to the rental cost. Rental date may be postponed no less than 90 days prior to rental date. If rented within 90 days of event, reservation fee is automatically non-refundable. In case of cancellation this money is not refundable.
