Reservation of Title. THERMO reserves to itself and retains all right, title and interest in and to all Applicable THERMO Technology (as defined in Section 9.1.3) related to the Products and to any modifications, enhancements, improvements and upgrades thereto. Distributor may not duplicate, translate, decompile, reverse engineer or adapt any Product or component parts thereof without THERMO’s prior written consent.
