Customer’s Obligation of Information a) The customer is obliged to inform XXXXXXXXX xxxxx GmbH without undue xx- xxx, if a third party initiates any garnishment or other impairment of the products under reservation of title or if there are claims assigned in advance arising from resale of such products.
