Common use of Reserve Availability Periods Clause in Contracts

Reserve Availability Periods. a. AM Reserves must be available for contact and assignment between midnight (12:00 AM) and 2:00 PM local domicile time. Any assignment must commence within the reserve availability period but no earlier than 2:00 AM local domicile time unless agreed to by the Flight Attendant. b. PM Reserves must be available for contact and assignment between the hours of 10:00 AM and 12:00 AM (midnight) local domicile time. Any assignment must commence within the reserve availability period but no earlier than noon (12:00 PM) local domicile time unless agreed to by the Flight Attendant. c. ER Reserves must be available for contact and assignment from midnight (12:00 AM) to midnight (12:00 AM). Any assignment must commence within the reserve availability period. d. Reserves may be given assignments for the next day consistent with their reserve classification.
