Reserve Letters. On the date hereof and on the Closing Date, Xxxxx Xxxxx Company, L.P. shall have furnished to the Representatives, at the request of the Company, reserve report confirmation letters, dated the respective dates of delivery thereof and addressed to the Underwriters, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Representatives, containing statements and information of the type customarily included in such letters to Underwriters with respect to its audits of the reserves of the Company referred to in the Disclosure Package and the Prospectus.
Reserve Letters. On the date of this Agreement and on the Closing Date or the Additional Closing Date, as the case may be, each of Netherland, Sxxxxx & Associates, Inc. and Cxxxxx, Gxxxxxxxx & Associates, Inc. shall have furnished to the Representatives, at the request of the Company, reserve report confirmation letters, dated the respective dates of delivery thereof and addressed to the Underwriters, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Representatives, containing statements and information of the type customarily included in such letters to underwriters with respect to the reserve and other operational information contained in the Registration Statement, the Time of Sale Information and the Prospectus.

On the date of this Agreement and on the Closing Date or the Additional Closing Date, as the case may be, XxXxxxxx & XxxXxxxxxxx shall have furnished to the Representative, at the request of the Company, reserve report confirmation letters, dated the respective dates of delivery thereof and addressed to the Underwriters, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Representative, containing statements and information of the type customarily included in such letters to underwriters with respect to the reserve and other operational information contained in the Registration Statement, the Time of Sale Information and the Prospectus.

On the date of this Agreement and on the Closing Date, as the case may be, each of XxXxxxxx and XxxXxxxxxxx and Xxxxx Xxxxx Company, L.P. shall have furnished to the Representative, at the request of the Company, reserve report confirmation letters, dated the respective dates of delivery thereof and addressed to the Initial Purchasers, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Representative, containing statements and information of the type customarily included in such letters to underwriters with respect to the reserve and other operational information contained in the Preliminary Offering Memorandum, the Time of Sale Information and the Offering Memorandum.

On the date of this Agreement and on the Closing Date, as the case may be, each of NSA and Xxxxxx shall have furnished to the Representative, at the request of the Company, reserve report confirmation letters, dated the respective dates of delivery thereof and addressed to the Underwriters, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Representative, containing statements and information of the type customarily included in such letters to underwriters with respect to the reserve and other operational information contained and incorporated by reference in the Registration Statement, the Time of Sale Information and the Prospectus.
Reserve Letters. On the date of this Agreement and on the Closing Date, XxXxxxxx and XxxXxxxxxxx shall have furnished to the Representatives, reserve report confirmation letters, dated the respective dates of delivery thereof and addressed to the Underwriters, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Representatives, containing statements and information of the type customarily included in such letters to underwriters with respect to the reserve and other operational information contained or incorporated by reference in the Registration Statement, the Time of Sale Information and the Prospectus.
Reserve Letters. On the date hereof and on the Closing Date, the Initial Purchasers shall have received from the Reserve Engineer a letter, in form and substance satisfactory to the Representatives, confirming certain matters concerning their engagement and the use of their Reserve Report and information derived from their Reserve Report in the Pricing Disclosure Package and the Offering Memorandum.
Reserve Letters. On the date of this Agreement and on the Closing Date, each of Netherland, Xxxxxx & Associates, Inc. and Xxxxxx & Company, Inc. shall have furnished to the Representative, at the request of the Company, reserve report confirmation letters, dated the respective dates of delivery thereof and addressed to the Initial Purchasers, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Representative, containing statements and information of the type customarily included in such letters to initial purchasers with respect to the reserve and other operational information contained or incorporated by reference in the Time of Sale Information and the Offering Memorandum.
Reserve Letters. On the date of this Agreement, the Closing Date and the Option Closing Date, as the case may be, Netherland, Sxxxxx and Associates, Inc. shall have furnished to the Representatives (x) a reserve report confirmation letter, dated the respective dates of delivery thereof and addressed to the Underwriters, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Representatives, containing statements and information of the type customarily included in such letters to underwriters with respect to the reserve and other operational information of the Company contained or incorporated by reference in the Preliminary Prospectus, the Disclosure Package and the Prospectus and (y) a reserve report confirmation letter, dated the respective dates of delivery thereof and addressed to the Underwriters, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Representatives, containing statements and information of the type customarily included in such letters to underwriters with respect to the reserve and other operational information of Alta contained or incorporated by reference in the Preliminary Prospectus, the Disclosure Package and the Prospectus.

On the date of this Agreement and on the Closing Date, (i) Netherland, Sxxxxx and Associates, Inc. shall have furnished to the Representatives a reserve report confirmation letter, dated the respective dates of delivery thereof and addressed to the Underwriters, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Representatives, containing statements and information of the type customarily included in such letters to underwriters with respect to the reserve and other operational information of the Company contained or incorporated by reference in the Preliminary Prospectus, Disclosure Package and the Prospectus and (ii) Cxxxxx, Gxxxxxxxx & Associates, Inc. shall have furnished to the Representatives a reserve report confirmation letter, dated the respective dates of delivery thereof and addressed to the Underwriters, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Representatives, containing statements and information of the type customarily included in such letters to underwriters with respect to the reserve and other operational information of the Upstream Seller contained or incorporated by reference in the Preliminary Prospectus, Disclosure Package and the Prospectus.
