Reserved Authority. Both Grantee and the City reserve all rights they may have under the Cable Act and any other relevant provisions of federal, State, or local law.
Reserved Authority. The Township reserves the regulatory authority arising from the Cable Act and any other applicable federal or state laws or regulations. Nothing in this Agreement shall remove, restrict or reduce the Township’s authority, rights and privileges it now holds, or which hereafter may be conferred upon it, including any right to exercise its police powers in the regulation and control of the use of the Public Rights-of-Way.

Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Agreement, it is understood that the business and affairs of the Company shall be managed by its Board of Directors, and, to the extent delegated by such Board, by its appropriately designated officers. The Board of Directors and officers of Administrator shall not have any management prerogatives with respect to the business affairs and operation of the Company.

Nothing in this Agreement shall remove, restrict or reduce the Borough’s authority, rights and privileges it now holds, or which hereafter may be conferred upon it, including any right to exercise its police powers in the regulation and control of the use of the Public Rights-of-Way.
Reserved Authority. The Bridge Bank must obtain consent and direction from the Receiver before taking any of the actions listed below. The Receiver has the right, in its discretion, to undertake these actions directly:
a. initiate offensive asset-related litigation, including filing counter-claims, or judicial foreclosures;
b. any communication or other actions taken to resolve loan relationships (loans with common obligors) with combined book balances above $25 million;
c. fund any loan with an unfunded commitment that as of the date of failure that had an unfunded amount of more than $7.5 million;
d. initiate non-judicial foreclosures; and
e. any sale or disposition of any Servicing Asset.

Nothing in this Agreement shall remove, restrict or reduce the County’s authority, rights and privileges it now holds, or which hereafter may be conferred upon it, including any right to exercise its police powers in the regulation and control of the use of the Rights-of-Way.

Reserved Authority. The District reserves unto itself the functions and activities of the Board, the standards of educational services, the school curricula, the District budget for operations and capital projects, the utilization of technology in the District's operations, the organization and staffing of school programs, the selection for hire of Education Support Personnel, assignments and job descriptions.
