Residence premises the dwelling and separate structures where you reside or that part of any other building where you reside. In Section II – Liability, residence premises includes the grounds on which the dwelling and separate structures are located.
Residence premises. In this policy the words “residence premises” mean the Condominium Unit shown on the Declarations page including those garages, other separate buildings or structures, and private approaches reserved for your exclusive use or occupancy.
