Common use of Resident Conduct Procedures Clause in Contracts

Resident Conduct Procedures. For violations that do not seriously jeopardize the immediate and/or continued safety and well-being of residents or cause considerable damage to University property, contract termination or probation will be considered only after an appropriate hearing. Options will be exercised in accordance with due process. Depending on the nature of the violation, the charges may be referred to the Coordinator for Student Conduct.
