RESIDENT ENGINEER APPROVAL. The Consultant agrees to furnish the name and qualifications of the Resident Engineer in writing for approval of the participating agencies prior to the preconstruction conference that shall attend said preconstruction conference and shall perform the various professional engineering services required of the Resident Engineer in 2.b. thru 2.f. below and inspection of construction.
