Residential Recycling Containers. CONTRACTOR shall provide and distribute to all single and all multi-unit (less than five units) residential CUSTOMERS at least one recycling container per residential living unit, and any amount of additional containers upon CUSTOMER request. CUSTOMERS will not be charged for such containers. The cost of supplying, repairing, and replacing such recycling containers shall be borne by CONTRACTOR and become a part of the rate review process. Ownership of the recycling containers purchased by CONTRACTOR under this AGREEMENT shall be and remain with CONTRACTOR.
