Mandatory Services. 1.11.1. Measurement and Verification Services shall be required in all projects. The M&V service is important due to the role it has in identifying achievement of the Guaranteed Energy Cost Performance, and the Payment Mechanism Deductions associated with non-performance. 1.11.2. Section 4.26 of this document out lines requirements of the service that must be applied whilst the exact requirements and standards for the managed service shall be identified by the Framework Public Body in its Invitation to Mini-Competition (ITMC), as relevant refined at the Development Contract stage to reflect the Preferred Bidder’s Investment Grade Proposal and included in Section 1 of Schedule Part 12 (Services Requirements) of the EnPC. 1.11.3. The Contractor will be required to respond to the ITMC setting out in detail the Contractor’s proposals (ITMC Proposals) to managing each service element. ITMC Proposals will be complied with throughout the term of the contract, with deductions levied where unavailability and non-performance is identified.

Mandatory Services. Reserved— 1 See regulation 12(1)(a) of the Regulations. Every Agreement must specify the services to be provided by the Contractor. Where the Board agrees with the Contractor that mandatory services should be provided under the Agreement, Part 8 must apply. The Agreement must specify the times at which the contractor has agreed with the Board that the surgery will be open to patients for the provision of services (normal surgery hours).
Mandatory Services. Subject to clause 74A, the Contractor must provide to its patients, during the period specified in clause 75, all proper and necessary dental care and treatment which includes— the care which a dental practitioner usually undertakes for a patient and which the patient is willing to undergo; treatment, including urgent treatment; and where appropriate, the referral of the patient for advanced mandatory services, domiciliary services, sedation services or other relevant services provided under Part [5] of the 2006 Act.

The dental care and treatment referred to in clause 74 includes— examination; diagnosis; advice and planning of treatment; preventative care and treatment; periodontal treatment; conservative treatment; surgical treatment; supply and repair of dental appliances; the taking of radiographs; the supply of listed drugs and listed appliances; and the issue of prescriptions, but it does not include additional services.
Mandatory Services. The CONCESSIONAIRE shall provide complementary services to the educational management in the COARs that will facilitate teaching and guarantee adequate safety, sanitation and cleanliness conditions in the educational premises. Educational Infrastructure Maintenance Service The CONCESSIONAIRE undertakes, at its own cost and risk, to carry out the Maintenance of the Educational Infrastructure, in accordance with the provisions of the Service Operation Manual, which includes the corresponding replacements, in accordance with the Basic Technical Specifications of the Services set forth in Annex 12; and in accordance with the Service Levels described in Annex 13 of this Contract. The CONCESSIONAIRE shall maintain the Concession Assets and Affected Assets to the Concession in a good state of conservation according to the Basic Technical Specifications of the Services set forth in Annex 12, complying with the Service Levels so that they are suitable for the operation of the XXXX, for which it shall perform the recurring maintenance works, and corrective maintenance, when applicable, in the manner and with the personal and technical means committed in the Technical Proposal, taking into account the Basic Technical Specifications of the Services, the Service Operation Manuals and the requirements of the equipment manufacturers and the applicable regulations, if applicable. Before the occurrence of failures or deterioration in elements, components, installations, equipment of the Educational Infrastructure, as provided in the Basic Technical Specifications of the Services of Annex 12, and detected during the Maintenance works, the CONCESSIONAIRE shall carry out the necessary activities to repair them within the term foreseen for the fulfillment of the Service Levels, detailed in Annex 13. The CONCESSIONAIRE shall report on the maintenance works performed to the Supervisor and to the GRANTOR, annually and according to the periodicity and formats required by the GRANTOR and/or the Supervisor for such purpose, as approved in the Service Operation Manual and in compliance with the Service Levels set forth in Annex 13. The CONCESSIONAIRE, or the subcontracting company, must have the corresponding permits, authorizations and licenses for the provision of this service, guaranteeing that it will carry out the necessary activities for the development thereof, otherwise, the penalties set forth in Annex 15 shall apply. The CONCESSIONAIRE shall always be liable to the GRANTOR....

RacingTraX also provides additional features and services at its own expense to the Racing Community that should be considered experimental and in no way relied upon to make up for course conditions, weather, experience and or good judgment. Should these complimentary features or initiatives fail or not work as intended, there will be NO refunds or credits issued nor does RacingTraX accept any responsibility or Liability whatsoever. These features include but are not limited to hazard notifications, passing notifications, rollover or crash messaging, speed zone notification or the leaderboard.
