Common use of Residential Reserved Parking Stalls Clause in Contracts

Residential Reserved Parking Stalls. For residential uses, up to thirty (30) fully reserved parking stalls (“Residential Parking”). (1) The Residential Parking shall be for 24 hours a day, seven (7) days a week, three hundred sixty-five (365) days a year, including all Nebraska home football games and Pinnacle Bank Arena events (collectively “Events”). The Residential Parking need not be signed or otherwise designated as reserved parking within the Lumberworks Parking Garage and may be located in any parking stalls allocated for monthly parkers. (2) The Residential Parking shall be leased under parking permits issued by the City at the then-current monthly rates charged to other residential monthly parkers in similarly situated garages or surface parking lots. Except as herein stated, the rights granted hereunder shall be similar to the residential parking rights granted to residential monthly parkers in similar City garages and in particular shall be subject to regular and timely payment of the parking charges as the same may from time to time be established or revised by the City. Redeveloper agrees that Redeveloper shall not charge its residential tenants for use of said parking stalls a fee in excess of the rate paid by the Redeveloper.
